Great price I had a 10x20 foot concrete patio poured, stamped and stained. And a 2nd story balcony/deck installed, with the same dimensions. TLDR: Great construction, great customer service, and I feel good about the money that I invested into the project. Patio: The concrete turned out better than I could have imagined. Just wonderful; I cant wait to finish the landscaping around it and get some furniture out there. The balcony/deck: Atop the deck it also turned out wonderful. I had some reservations about a section of the structure, and I found one deck board that had a little *click* to it when I stepped on it. When I relayed the information to Felice she immediately back back with, "When you invest in a project, you should be happy with it. Let us come make it right or fix whatever you have an issue with." TCHP was at my house just a couple days later to address my concerns. In the end, it was just a loose deck board that needed to be tightened down, and they replaced a cracked joist. The structural integrity of the deck may not have been an issue to start with, but what I liked, is that I felt heard, they addressed my concern and at no point did I feel they were merely trying to placate me. Personnel and interactions: * Felice: She was great from the beginning. At no point did I feel like I was being pushed into the project or choosing her company before I was ready. She visited several times to provide an explanation of the planned project and to deliver decking samples for me to mull over. Once the project was completed, she reached out again and talked to me about my remaining concerns regarding the sealing process of the boards and the overall construction. Not only did she listen to my concerns, but dedicated her team to solving them as well. (Thank you!) *Cassie: Once the construction project actually started, Cassie was my switchboard through the construction process. More than once, after the construction had ended for the day, I sent a question or concern to her regarding the progress. If she couldnt answer the question she would contact the correct person who could. Though I didnt expect an answer until the next working day, she always answered that night. Though I didnt expect it of her, I was always appreciative of the quick response. *Caleb: Though I didnt have a lot of interaction with him, the ones that I did were positive and polite. Caleb and Cassie both came out to address my final concerns and make the necessary corrections - which again, I greatly appreciated. *The build team: They were polite and worked tireless through the day. They cleaned up before they left each evening. They played music, but at a low volume which I found perfectly fine since it did not bother me or my neighbors. Seemed to be a good team. I would highly recommend this company. My biggest fear was that I was going to pick the wrong contractor; one that would take my money and leave me with just an "ok" product. Instead, I felt like they want and do deliver quality work that they can stand behind. I have more projects that I am planning for my house and I wont think twice to return to TCHP for these future projects.
