We had our front porch replaced with composite deck material and everyone we came in contact with was awesome! They listened to what we wanted, gave suggestions when asked and were just so nice! Caleb and Andrew came on a Monday to demo existing porch and by Friday we had an amazing new porch!! We love everything about it, Caleb and Andrew were always professional, neat and never minded our grandkids watching them through the window!! It was a very positive experience and we highly recommend them!!!
Tri-County Pros did some construction for us, removing and replacing new decking, bringing other projects up to code, all while working diligently during periods of rain. We were very pleased with their excellent craftsmanship, hard work, consideration of our schedule, honesty, and dependability The were reasonable and stood behind their work and by their word. It is finished and ready to enjoy.
I definitely recommend! I was impressed with the quoting process. Felice took lots of measurements and pictures and came back with a variety of visuals and ideas for my bathroom. Very professional and honest. You know exactly what to expect when the project starts.
When we built a new back stairway to our patio, it was such a pleasure working with Tri County Pros from start to finish. During the estimate process, co-owner Felice Tuttle was responsive, warm, and listened carefully to our needs. Co-owner Cassie set off the construction period with clear communication of what to expect, and checked in often to address questions. And the building crew -- Caleb, Nova, and Andrew -- were efficient, careful, ended each day with a cleanup of the site, and were just a delight to have around. We love the end result – a beautiful upgrade to our old deck, and much safer.

Above & beyond! I hired Tri County Home Pros to fix a pre-hung steel door that was installed between walls that were uneven, making the job to fix it very difficult. The door didn’t latch, the bolt didn’t lock and the upper right corner of the door didn’t touch the seal on the frame. Cassie, the NARI Certified Remodeling Project Manager, sent Caleb to fix it. Caleb was prompt, polite, thoughtful, courteous, thorough, focused, and professional. He worked swiftly and efficiently on a very tricky problem. I was amazed at how quickly he figured out what needed to be done to fix it and how fast he accomplished it. He arrived prepared with everything he could possibly need to fix the door and frame including a broom & dustpan to clean up any mess! He was very careful so there wasn’t much mess and he even insulated the sides and neatly caulked the inevitable gap behind a small part of the frame. The cost was affordable and completely worth every penny. I’m a single mom on a budget and did not expect to be able to afford a professional to get the job done.
